Terms & Conditions

By enquiring or booking with Wonder India Cab Trip Zone you agree to these terms.

1. Booking confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after payment is received as described in our Cancellation Policy.
2. Prices. Rates shown are cab-wise (for the whole vehicle), per-person or per-couple exactly as labelled on each package. Rates may change in peak season, on long weekends and festival dates until your booking is confirmed. “Price on request” means the rate is shared when you enquire.
3. Identification. A valid government photo ID is required for every traveller at hotel check-in and at applicable checkpoints.
4. Itinerary changes. Timings may vary due to traffic, weather, road or ghat closures and local restrictions. We are not liable for delays caused by such factors.
5. Inclusions and exclusions. Entry tickets, permits, meals and stays not listed under “Inclusions” are payable directly by the traveller.
6. Conduct. Travellers must follow the driver's and local authorities' safety instructions. Damage to a vehicle caused by a traveller may be charged.
7. Liability. Cab Trip Zone operates for marketing purposes. Claims for accidents or emergencies are subject to the cab owner's insurance and are not payable by us.
8. Cancellations and refunds. Governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact us first at booking@wonderindiacabtripzone.com so we can try to resolve any issue.
