Cancellation & Refund Policy
These rules apply to cab and trip-package bookings made through Wonder India Cab Trip Zone (operated with Cab Trip Zone as marketing partner). A package page may state additional conditions; where it does, those are shown on that page.
Cancellation charges
- 60+ days before travel → 10% cancellation fee.
- 30–60 days before travel → 25% cancellation fee.
- 15–30 days before travel → 50% cancellation fee.
- 7–15 days before travel → 75% cancellation fee.
- Within 7 days of travel → 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
Refunds
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the traveller's Cab Trip Zone wallet.
Payment & confirmation
- 100% of the tour cost is payable at the time of booking.
- A confirmation email is sent as soon as payment is received.
Cancellation by us or due to circumstances beyond control
In case of unforeseen weather, strikes or union issues, government restrictions or other uncontrollable circumstances, a trip may be cancelled or changed. We will offer alternative feasible options; cash refunds are not available in such cases.
Accidents and emergencies
Cab Trip Zone operates for marketing purposes only and does not provide medical, accident or emergency-claim services. Any claim is subject to the cab owner's insurance policy.
