Day-wise itinerary

Day 1: .Day 1: Mumbai / Pune → Lonavala SightseeingPickup at 8:00 AM from your preferred location. From Mumbai, the drive via the Expressway takes around 2 to 2.5 hours; from Pune, it's a quicker 1 to 1.5 hours. You should arrive in Lonavala by around 9:30–10:30 AM depending on your starting point. The late morning (10:30 AM – 1:00 PM) is spent visiting Tiger's Point and Lion's Point, both known for their dramatic cliff-edge valley views, especially striking during and after the monsoon. After a lunch break (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM), the early afternoon (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM) continues with a visit to Bhushi Dam, followed by time for chikki shopping in the main market (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM). For the 1 Day tour, the return journey begins by 5:00 PM, with drop-off typically by 7:00–7:30 PM. For the 2 Day tour, you'll check into your Lonavala hotel by evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: .Day 2 (2D only): Karla Caves → Pawna Lake → ReturnDay 2 begins at 8:00 AM with breakfast and check-out, followed by a visit to Karla Caves or Bhaja Caves (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM), ancient rock-cut Buddhist sites dating back over 2,000 years. From here, the drive continues to Pawna Lake (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM), known for its calm waters and scenic surroundings. After lunch, the afternoon (2:00 PM – 3:30 PM) can include a stop at Lonavala Lake or Duke's Nose viewpoint, depending on time and interest. The return journey to Mumbai or Pune begins by 4:00 PM, with drop-off typically by 6:00–6:30 PM, wrapping up the two-day Lonavala trip.

  • Travelers are requested to follow the given itinerary for Day Trip / Tour package. Ideally this half/full day tour package cannot be customized, however if guests prefer to visit different set of places during this sightseeing tour by private car/group tour, they can check the possibility of the same with the above listed car rental companies and request for a custom quote. We recommend our guests to stick to the time spent at each tourist attraction in ( city ) as per the Itinerary schedule. In case of any delays or additional time spent at a particular place, driver or car rental company will not be responsible to cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary. Please note also if a particular sightseeing place is closed on the scheduled day of the tour, it may not be covered from the list of sightseeing places. Please check the possibility of visiting an alternate place with listed cab vendor before you book the tour.
