A rule applies when a new enquiry, Book Now, or call comes in and no more specific routing already claimed it (a package with its own directly-assigned Supplier/DMC always wins first). Rules are checked top to bottom — the first one that matches wins, so put your most specific rules (both City and Cab Type set) above your more general ones. Leave City or Cab Type blank to mean "any". A rule is skipped automatically if that Supplier/DMC's subscription isn't currently active & paid.

Add as many Suppliers / DMC as you like per city — when several active vendors are assigned to the same package, customer calls / WhatsApp / leads auto-connect to the vendor whose city matches the traveller's pickup location first, then fall back to the next available vendor for that package.

Add, rename or remove trip-type categories here. Renaming a category updates every existing package that uses it automatically — no need to edit packages one by one.
